Text Messaging Terms & Consent
Darby Pit LLC uses text messaging for one-to-one customer conversations and service updates. Customers opt in by sending the first text to our business texting line at 208-314-1141, or by expressly asking the Darby Pit team during a call or other direct conversation to follow up by text.
What We Send
- Replies to customer questions
- Requested quote links and quote follow-up
- Order confirmations and order-related updates
- Delivery scheduling and coordination
- Requested customer support
We do not use this program for unsolicited marketing, and we do not purchase or rent contact lists.
Frequency, Charges, and Consent
Message frequency varies according to your conversation, quote, order, or delivery. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message and will not send additional text messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email [email protected], or call 208-313-5337.
Privacy and Delivery
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
