How it works

Sign up on darbypit.com with Google, Apple or your email. Use the same email or phone as your orders.
Order and pay as usual
Every $1 of material you pay for earns 1 point. Points post when the order is paid in full.
Use your points
Trade them for Darby store credit from October through March, or for Darby Pit gear any time of year.

Sales tax, delivery and trucking charges, and fuel surcharges do not earn points. Example: an order with $300 of material earns 300 points, worth $3.00 in store credit.

Refer a friend
You both earn bonus points
Share the referral code from your account. When someone new enters it before their first order, you each earn 25 bonus points for every $100 of material they buy in their first 12 months.
Program rules
Earning points
Earn 1 point for every $1 you pay for material on orders paid on or after October 15, 2026. Sales tax, delivery and trucking charges, and fuel surcharges do not earn points. Hourly trucking, equipment work, trip fees and uploaded invoices do not earn points.
When points post
Points post to your darbypit.com account when the order is paid in full and the payment has cleared (bank payments can take a few business days). Paid orders count even if you create your account later, as long as the order has the email or phone number on your account.
Darby store credit
From October 1 through March 31, trade 100 points for $1.00 of Darby Pit store credit, in $5 steps up to $100 at a time. You get a one-time code for an order of at least the credit amount. Use it by March 31; a code that is not used by then expires and its points return to your account.
Prizes
Prizes in the rewards catalog are available all year at 100 points for each $0.70 of prize value. We will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery. If a prize request is canceled, its points return to your account.
Referrals
Share your referral code. When someone new enters it in their own Darby Pit account before their first order, you both earn 25 bonus points for every $100 they pay for material during their first 12 months. You cannot refer yourself or another account of your own.
Refunds and changes
Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks remove the points that order earned. If that leaves your balance below zero, new points cover it before you can redeem again.
Expiration
Points expire if your account goes 24 months without a paid order that earns points.
Fine print
Points and credit codes have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or combined between accounts. Darby Pit may correct points that were posted in error and may change or end the program; points already earned stay on your account for at least 30 days after notice of a change.
